At any given time in our community, several people that we know are struggling with mental health challenges.

Many of us know of at least one person who died by suicide or who is currently challenged by trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, psychosis, and other maladies.

By learning “Mental Health First Aid”, everyday people in our community can learn the tools needed to reach out to those who are struggling, so they can support and connect them to the professional help they so desperately need, and in time.
