What is unique about

"AVI TENENBAUM PFA"?

It is our mission to equip first responders and those on the frontlines with solid. practical tools for use when confronted with highly traumatized victims and bystanders.

Until recently, Psychological First Aid has mainly been given in cases of large-scale events, such as natural disasters, to support survivors. Now, AVI TENENBAUM PFA has adapted this body of knowledge and skills to smaller-scale emergency settings, such as fatal house fires, homicides, suicides, SIDS, fatal road & industrial accidents, and more. It is these types of calls that First Responders and Front-line workers confront all the time.

AVI TENENBAUM PFA strives to teach straightforward concepts that can be implemented by front-line professionals, even in field conditions.

First Responder agencies and individuals who have participated in our courses report a high level of confidence in delivering psychological aid to bystanders and peers during & immediately after some of society's most traumatic and difficult events, as well as maintaining proficient day-to-day general resilience and wellbeing.

We are proud to be able to train first responders & front-line professionals from around the world. We aim to equip every such professional with the skills necessary to provide Psychological First Aid to those they interact with, as well as to spread resilience, strength, and health to their crew and organization.

About Us

What We Do?

We train first responders with the skills needed to provide Psychological First Aid (PFA) to those they interact with during emergencies, and how to be ambassadors of resilience and general wellbeing to their crew and organization.

For years, Psychological First Aid has been given in cases of large-scale events, such as major natural disasters, to support survivors. AVI TENENBAUM PFA has adapted this body of knowledge and skills to smaller-scale emergency settings, such as fatal house fires, homicides, suicides, SIDS, fatal road & industrial accidents, and other common traumatic calls that First Responders and Front-line workers confront all the time.
